Review is for the new fujiya house they have new management starting February 1st. Went in today had a great experience they are still working out some kinks with google etc but they are open everyday now ! They also offer online ordering as well may be coming to Uber and door dash later. Updated phone number was submitted for them and unfortunately I forgot to get some photos of the menu. They will do the bento boxes on the weekend (3 bucks more). Food is excellent the soup has way more flavor then it used too under old management . Sushi is still great this is the best Japanese restaurant in the Fredericksburg area. Will be back for birthdays, events and lunch. Manager is a great guy. Lots of options excellent sushi portions and great flavor. Enjoy!

We visited this restaurant after the new management reopened. It was absolutely amazing. No doubt the best teppanayaki we have ever had in Fredericksburg. Not only was the food flavorful and well cooked, the "show" was new and refreshing. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The new owners really are doing and amazing job. We look forward to returning. Cost was about $30 per person.

Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing atmosphere! We there for the first time tonight to celebrate our daughter getting into her top choice of college! We had the best time and enjoyed every minute. The food was so good and everyone clapped when our cook was done - he put on an incredible show. We will be back!

If you haven’t been here what are you waiting for. Linda and her team of some of the best in the Burg! Some places only taste yummy at the table but their take out is awesome. This business owning mama is so happy they are open on a school night when I’m just too tired to cook but want a quality meal!

Get here early or there will be a wait. Small, but very good hibachi restaurant. I really enjoyed the entertainment and the food. I had the fillet and chicken. The meat was so tender and tasty. Service was also very good. Everything was excellent! I will visit often. Military discount offered here.

Seriously the Best Japanese Steakhouse in town!!! Absolutely delicious and they have amazing customer service.
On a side note: The owners have handled Covid SO WELL. They are following all new Covid health protocols, which is tricky when they’re a Japanese Steakhouse. I respect their integrity and the fact that they aren’t compromising the health of their customers for money. I know being a small business right now is tough. Let’s pay it forward to such an amazing business.
When you go, do yourself a favor and try their Fredericksburg Rolls Sushi. Sooo delish!!!

Such an amazing find! We went there yesterday and I got the sashimi mania (17-21)pieces of various sashimi along with sunemono salad, two orders of mackerel and an order of uni.
I have to say when the food arrived I already knew it was going to be amazing. The presentation alone for the sushi was far superior to any other establishment I have been to since moving to Northern VA.
Upon actually eating the sashimi it was readily apparent that the fish was very fresh and high quality. I cant say enough about how impressed we were with this establishment. For either the sushi or the tepanyaki this place is top notch. Best in class for the Fredericksburg VA area!
